TRANSLATED DANONE CHAIR MONOGRAPH

The Danone Institute of Japan publishes translated Danone Chair Monographs in Japanese. This is one of the most important activities of the Danone Institute of Japan.

Danone Chair Monograph is published by the Danone Institute of Belgium. The Danone Institute of Belgium organizes and supports a course given by scientists in universities in Belgium to aim to present recent developments in the field of human nutrition.

The Danone Chair, which is aimed at a multidisciplinary university audience, comprises at least 15 hours of lectures spread over a period of one to three months. The contents of this course are published in a series of monographs by the Danone Institute.
